Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free for orders over $75; $4.99 for orders under $75

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99

International Shipping

  • Standard International (7–15 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

  • Express International (3–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if selected at checkout).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Valentori Milano Luxe Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.
These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes within the United States.
For international orders, some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you immediately.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Valentori Milano Luxe Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order

  3. Contact the carrier directly

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an address error results in a returned or lost package, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Certain luxury pieces may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order.
These items require additional production time and will ship once completed. Estimated timeframes will be listed on the product page.
